Craig has recently handed over the church he was helping to lead – Grace Generation Church in Pietermaritzburg and is now working with the Africa leadership School on a full-time basis.

Craig is an accredited strengths coach with the Strengths Institute of South Africa and has been actively involved in multicultural leadership development and training for over 30 years in a variety of settings.

"I have found being an experienced strengths coach has contributed significantly to overall leadership development. It's a great pleasure for me to see individuals sharpened, becoming more effective in what they are called to do and for teams to become well-rounded through the identification and encouragement of our natural strengths."
